So, what is new in the land of Marcus?

We made it to Bali for a break and I was absolutely blown away by the number of people walking and running on the beach at 6am!

So, we have a few questions.

Q. how long does it usually take for you to start to see results from your fitness activity, I am doing body pump 3X a week and it has been a month and I am not seeing much of a difference what I am really asking is when do I decide to move to another activity?

Q. internal body fat what is that all about?

Q. my family is telling me I am obsessed because I do an hour of some fitness activity daily maybe they are worried I will add more time?

Q. do you have a beach ready program at Innerfight?

Q. if I want to do a triathlon what kind of training investment will I have to make?

Q. my family keeps pestering me that weightlifting is not for girls what do you think?

-Surprised at how many people have dumped the fitness trackers on the wrist, you seeing the same thing?
